All of our products are made with all natural ingredients, many of which are organic. We use local produce whenever possible.

All of our baked goods are made with grains ground by us fresh, the day we bake. We use raw honey instead of processed and otherwise refined sweeteners. We use sunflower oil in place of processed, refined, and saturated fats. A richer bread that also includes real butter.

Tom’s favorite bread. You can’t eat just one piece. Just the right tartness from the organic cranberries and zing from the organic pinenuts to keep you coming back for more.
