All of our products are made with all natural ingredients, many of which are organic. We use local produce whenever possible.

All of our baked goods are made with grains ground by us fresh, the day we bake. We use raw honey instead of processed and otherwise refined sweeteners. We use sunflower oil in place of processed, refined, and saturated fats.

Sunflower seeds, ground and whole, in the dough and rolled on top!  Great for toast and French Toast.
